Boat Drop Off
Boats can be dropped off at any point during the week leading up to the regatta. The carpark at the CSCC/CYC has boom gates. There should be no charge to sailors, so please follow these instructions carefully to avoid a fee:
Take a ticket when coming through the boom gate – the CYC will validate tickets so that there is no charge when coming to the club for sailing activities. CSCC parking fees generally apply 8am – 5pm, including public holidays.

Food and Refreshments
The CYC shares our site with the Canberra Southern Cross Club ‘Yacht Club’ who run the restaurants and bars on site.
Snapper (fish and chips) will be open for food from 11am daily.
All Canberra Southern Cross Club restaurant areas are open to the public. Please be considerate of the customers and dry off before entering tiled restaurant areas.
CYC has a vending machine with cold drinks, chips and chocolates.
First Aid
Medical conditions and relevant information must be provided at the time of registration. Essential medication information and an emergency plan (if required) must be delivered to Australian Sailing staff at registration if not before.

Charter Boats
Green Fleet Tackers boats can be chartered via the event registration form
RS Quest dinghies can be chartered from Canberra Yacht Club, please contact Steve at the club - email Steve
Registration Process
You will be send an email a week before the event to check your information to ensure your details are correct. Any changes to competitor details can be made at this time or at the registration desk. Once racing is underway, competitors will be required to fill in a change of competitor details form available at the regatta office.

Support Boats
Support boats (including coach, spectator and parent support boats) must register and acknowledge the Safety regulations published in the regatta race documents.
- Please Note: Support person vessels shall obtain a Boat Permit (free of charge) and comply with local legislation, including the safety equipment to be carried. For a copy of the regulations and the Boat Permit application>> Click HERE

- Vessels must display identification, including a visible vessel registration number and a club flag or burgee.
- Operators are requested to carry a VHF Radio and listen to the allocated channel for the course area.
- All occupants are recommended to wear a lifejacket, and kill cords must be worn by the operator.
Registered support boats may tie up and stay in allocated areas as designated by the Organising Authority. Terms & Conditions apply.
