As wingfoil racing gains momentum, the wide range of available equipment can be overwhelming for sailors new to the class and for coaches advising on gear selection. Choosing the right equipment early is crucial, not only for performance and progression but also to avoid unnecessary costs.
The championship will be held from 23rd to 26th October and expressions of interest from skippers are now open until the 19th September. This event is open to teams aged under 23.
Hosted by Sandy Bay Sailing Club from 10-13 October, the 2024 Zhik Youth Sail Tasmania event saw more than 60 sailors from around Tasmania take to the waters on the River Derwent.
