Zhik Youth Sail is the premier youth sailing event held annually in almost every state and territory
They combine a coaching clinic conducted by some of the country’s best junior and youth sailing coaches,
and the State Sailing Youth Championships.
Youth Sail is focussed on growing participation in junior and youth classes, increasing sailors’ skills,
fostering social connection, and building friendship and community between our youth sailors.
The coaching clinic and regatta are open to all Australian Sailing affiliated junior and youth classes;
other classes with sailors U23 are also welcome to attend.

Four days of relentless NW winds and very cold conditions made the 2025 Zhik TASYouthSail event one that we will never forget. However, with numerous Plan B activities arranged for the 80 sailors, the participants had a ball onshore instead of on the water.
