Why do I coach sailing? I learn and thrive from helping others perform.

How do I coach sailing? Empower and energise athlete/athletes to be present, act on and direct their energy towards mastery. Helping athlete/athletes realise their true potential thru a creative, relevant and realistic learning process.

I look forward coming back to the WA Sailing Camp once again and will do my outmost to set the pace and create good training and learning moments.
The big gains are in executing basics well all the time so we will focus on that.
What do I expect of the sailors?
- come prepared and rested
- bring a notebook and pen
- make sure your boats and gear is in order
See you all soon 🔜
