Keppel Bay Sailing Club
Keppel Bay Sailing Club has hosted the QLD Youth Camp and Championships annually since 2006 and the 2024 event was the largest youth regatta nationally.

KBSC is located in Yeppoon, Central Queensland and is a not for profit organisation established in 1957 by volunteers with a passion for sailing and their community. Today it is the second largest employer in the region operating 4 venues offering sport, gaming and food and beverage. Today the ethos of the Club remains the same. ‘’To promote and encourage sport in our community’’ Boasting 14,000 members, the organisation employs over 140 staff from the local area. The Club annually contributes in excess of $53,720 to charitable/welfare organisations, $37,083 in community cash, makes $209,507 in community donations, donates $176,819 in cash for sport and recreation and donates $122,040 to sport and recreation. KBSC is committed to the promotion and development of the sport of sailing and as a result, is honoured to host state, national and international regattas on a regular basis.
Keppel Bay also took out Australian Sailings prestigious Club of the Year (Cat A) in 2023 in Queensland and Nationally.

The Keppel Bay Sailing Club has recently reopened its doors following a $20 million redevelopment. The new clubhouse features a sailor’s bar on the ground floor, two state-of-the-art training rooms, offices, a protest room, a workshop, and ample boat storage.

- The Sail Inn Cafe & Bar will be open downstairs at the clubhouse from 6am – 5pm daily.
- The Mainsail Restaurant & Bar upstairs with a magnificent view of the sailing will be open daily from 11am – till Late. Don’t forget to use your competitor’s card for discounts on meals and drinks.
