There will be a coffee van onsite during the regatta. The club also has a licensed canteen. 

You can pre-order lunch from the club canteen for each day (coming soon) <<CLICK HERE Please order by 6pm the night before and pay when you collect your lunch.


  • Competitors and Support vessel skippers please go to the Regatta Office on arrival to confirm your attendance at the regatta on either Friday 4th October between 15:00 – 18:00 hrs or Saturday 5th October 08:30 - 10:00 hrs
  • All competitors who have registered via online registration are required to check all competitors' details before the first race. Any changes to competitor details must be made before 10:00 hr.s on Saturday 5th October. Once racing is underway, competitors will be required to fill in a change of competitor details form, available at the Regatta Office.

Support Vessel Registration

  • All support Vessels for the NSW Youth Championships must register for the regatta. If you have not registered yet >>CLICK HERE
  • Only vessels registered, approved and displaying the number provided, are able to use the facilities provided to registered support boats and be on the water near the racing.
  • Please bring a VHF Radio for your support boat.

Regatta Office

The Regatta Office is located in the Club House.

Opening hours during the event

Friday - 1500-1800

Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 0830-1700

Sign On/Off

Sign on/off sheets will be downstairs in the Boatshed each day. 

Boat Park Access

Boat Drop Off - 3.00pm 4th October until 9.30am 5th October, If enrolled in the coaching clinic, boats can be dropped off from 8.30 am 2nd October.

Boat Pick Up - After Presentation (approx 5.30pm) 7th October.


Please refer to the site plan at the top of this page, outlining vehicle and trailer parking and follow all signage and directions given by event officials. Do not leave valuables inside your vehicle, and a trailer lock should be used to secure the trailer when not in use.

The road trailer parking area will be locked during the regatta.

Yes, RIBs can stay in the water overnight.  Please ensure you have registered your boat online and confirm your registration at the regatta desk before berthing your vessel.  Terms and Conditions apply, which can be found when registering your vessel.

Empire Marina

Registered Support Boats can also berth overnight in the Empire Marina, 1 Nanda St, Marmong Point NSW 2284 - Google Map Link
Directions on how to access the Marina will be provided to registered support boats.

First Aid during the Regatta

The Regatta Office will be providing first aid.

This is the only hospital in the area with an emergency department that admits children under 18.
