Victoria’s youth sailors are invited to Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club in April 2023 for Zhik Youth Sail Vic 2024.

The event will comprise of a two-day coaching clinic on 4th & 5th April, followed by the Zhik Victorian Youth Championships on the 6th & 7th April.

The event is open to sailors under the age of 23. All sailors attending will receive engaging learning and skill development opportunities, safe and fair competition, plenty of social interaction with peers and performance recognition.  

Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club has carefully chosen these dates after consulting the tide charts. The conditions on these dates should be far more favourable than those experienced last year. 

The Club invites all junior and youth sailors to the club to improve their sailing skills and knowledge and importantly to have a great time.

Australian Sailing would also like to welcome expressions of interest from Victorian Club Sailing Coaches who would like to participate and experience the event as a coach. This will provide professional development opportunities and expand our club coaching network.
