The 2020 Qld Youth clinic at Keppel Bay Sailing Club saw the first group of Aussie junior sailors participate in kite racing as a new class in the ever popular camp experience hosted by Australian Sailing.

The Hague, The Netherlands will become the international sailing capital in 2023 following a joint decision by World Sailing, the Royal Netherlands Watersport Association, the municipality of The Hague and TIG Sports to move the 2022 Sailing World Championships to the summer of 2023.Â

The 2020 SA Youth Tri Series Regional Regatta has regrettably been cancelled after a joint decision by the host club Port Lincoln Yacht Club and Australian Sailing.
The Cruising Yacht Club of Australia in conjunction with Australian Sailing have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Australian Youth Match Racing Championship due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
South Australia Institute of Sport (SASI) Individual Athlete scholarships are now open for eligible athletes within South Australia to apply for a scholarship with SASI.
Registration is now open for the 2020 SA Youth Championships.  This year’s event will be hosted by Adelaide Sailing Club (ASC) and will take place across 28 – 29 November.
For QLD, WA and TAS these events are arguably the highlights of the 2020/21 off the beach calendar for our sailors. It boasts hosting current top pathway sailors and provides an opportunity for up and coming sailors of all levels.
